If you liked the older Rollercoaster Tycoon games mainly Rollercoaster Tycoon 3. Then I highly recommend waiting for Planet Coaster. That game looks amazing. This just looks rubbish (imo). Planet Coaster is not out until later in the year and will be £20 when released.
There is a alpha available now. But costs £50 to get into (this includes the full game once released).

I see the release date is showing as March 30th. Will this be the full version?...not beta etc.

The release date is correct and it is a full game however it has been changed to an Early Access title on steam.

Agreed - look up Parkitect, much more promising IMO.
There's also FreeRCT which is an open source remake, although it seems to have stalled with no obvious progress in a while.

They have since deployed a big update which has fixed the graphical and performance issues.
