Delicious Quorn ready meals are currently on offer at 3 for £5 at Tesco. They are £2.50 to £3 each otherwise so potentially you can save £4 on RRP. The individual cost per meal is £1.66 making them cheaper than a sandwich and an ideal hot lunch.
My personal preference is for the Lasagne or the Cottage Pie (each 500g weight) but I haven't tried the Tikka Masala or Stew and Dumplings.
Please note that these are MEAT FREE.

Are these any good? I've bought the quorn mince time and time again for the past year or so and thats normally not too bad if seasoned and cooked correctly.

I like most Quorn products but was very disappointed with the Lasagne, there was hardly anything of it. After cooking it, it was about half inch high. The one mouthfull tasted Ok though.

These are chilled, though I expect they could be frozen.
I should qualify the 'delicious' comment as that was perhaps a bit ambitious. They are regular ready meal standard - perfectly edible but nothing to get excited about.
It is true the lasagne is probably less than an inch deep but quite satisfying as a lunch for one.

Still got 20 bags of the mince left from the half deal. Saved me a fortune on food. Cooks quick and goes with any sort of tinned legumes with sauce.
