Check on your console, it seems to be allowing some people to buy and stack them but not others. Someone over on ps forums claims to have bought 4 and still has the option to buy at £29.99
Use Playstation Plus > Join or Renew

Can get it slightly cheaper by buying 2 £15 PSN top up cards from cdkeys for £27.98 (£26.58 with code).
Edit: To be clear you use the £30 of PSN credit to pay for the PS+ subscription at the price Bigrexia posted.
Edit 2: Don't rush to buy credit if you already have Plus! As pointed out in the comments the discounted PS+ price only works for people who don't currently have a Plus subscription.

Great price considering you can pick up credit for less than £30. Unfortunately this wouldn't work for me as I already have a current sub.

You do know you can stack right? It doesn't matter if you already have a sub you can stack on top of it
