Fantastic, never had an issue with mine buuuuuuuut don't count on it flossing anywhere near as good as actual floss, I use this as a follow up after flossing or when I'm too lazy.

I say it's better than flossing but I use mine after the excellent pixsters. Pixsters are a miles better version of teepee sticks

I have one of these as I really dont get on with flossing. Its just way too awkward for me. These really do work. Whether they are better than flossing I don't know but its good for me. Fair amount of blood for the first week you use it but then your mouth gets used to it and everything goes back to normal. I got this in November, and had a dental check up last week and got told everything was totally fine so it must be working.
Fill it up with mouthwash as well instead of water, and you are on to a winner.

But do make sure it's a mouthwash with no alcohol in it (as the alcohol would 'melt' the plastic components of the Sonicare).
Colgate do a "Total Pro Gum Health" mouthwash that says "Alcohol Free" at the top of the label and "This formula does not contain ethanol" on the side.
