So the usual way, get the code from the facebook CDKeys page. Just put in a random email address there to get it. Side note: For the code to work, you need to have an account with CDKeys and be logged in. :)

Bought this last time it was on sale, pretty poor game tbh. You can pickup COD:AW for about the same price and it's a much better game.

This cod had the best multiplayer imo.
Cod AW had a much stronger single player though.
