Good price, with thes version being the European model and not UK does it effect warranty at all?

No I've bought one myself in the past the warrenty is with Nintendo the same buying ps or Xbox from them. Also they sell the genuine adapters quite cheap so it's easy to use your free points to get the adapter so your not spending extra yourself.

Heat - slightly less than I paid for my Alza deal pre-Christmas, albeit with less games bundled (the Alza one included Zombii U and some dodgy exercise disc the Mrs likes on top of these ones so not exactly an epic extra bundle).
