Would this work in a Wii U?

I currently use a 32gb (2.0) flash drive on my Wii U with no issues. I'm not sure if 128gb would be compatible, but I can't see why it wouldn't. Nintendo pretty much advice against flash storage for these reasons.
I'm not sure if possibly putting a cheap 250/320gb 2.5" into a caddy and using that would be a better solution. Hopefully somebody shall pass and educate us both

Have some heat and cheers

The code is definitely MARCH15 for 15% off. I'm not sure how, or if that code worked for you though
