You just need to remember that the floor needs to be pulled up while you push the sides into place, once they are locked then push down the floor. If the floor is down first the sides won't lock :smiley: Had no bother with it.
Would agree it is a better shape for a playpen than sleeping as the longer rectangular versions will usually take up to 2 years old sleeping the length of the square ones start being a challenge from around one year.
