I've bought 3 or 4 high chairs over the past 3 years and to be honest the best one has been from Ikea. It's really basic, very easy to clean and still safe and sturdy. Think it was about £10 and another fiver for the tray at the front.
The problem with the types of ones like this deal is I know the seat part is cleanable because it is separate to the frame food gets in and under it.
I've seen a number of restaurants also using the Ikea one too.
