They are SDS fitting and will NOT fit a standard chuck. Any SDS drill will take them.

don't mistake these bits with the makita bits you buy individually , these are not the quality bits , but the budget bits .
But still a great deal , have some heat

Yeah noticed the same with the generic looking Makita consumables. It's a shame as their power tools are nearly always excellent

A 13mm chuck should grab it and get u out of trouble but they are sds to not slip in chuck n provide max torque.
