These seem to be getting more frequent. I don't know why they don't just have it on permanently! If only they did the £20 Meal Deal more often.:disappointed:

If it was £20 your choice from rival supermarkets would be endless, a meal deal at the £20 price point would be easily to emulate.
Aldi/Lidl, you can get close with a chicken and a much better bottle of wine than anything on the M&S List, even Aldi/Lidl cheapest is as good, if not better, with more to spend on the food, for around £10. Aldi's Wines run rings around Tesco, at the same price point.
£12 would be a more realistic target, instead of opting for smaller pack sizes and cheapening the Wine offered, Raspberry Panna cotta, a prime example.
Still think these offers have far too much excess packaging, for something eaten pretty much same day. There must be a million plus Raspberry Panna cotta plastics pots into landfill, everytime they do this, as we have found out regarding disposable Coffee cups, this week, virtually none are actually recycled/reused into anything useful.

We Brits much prefer it when M&S tip it all into a 5p carrier bag and charge £10 instead of £10.05 with lots of plastics bits to throw away and recycle afterwards.

Thanks OP, heat added - plenty for the veggies in this deal as well which is great news.

"Plenty"? 2 mains? I guess it's better than 1. But good selection of sides. Just wish you could swap a main for 2 sides.

They ran a £20 deal for Valentine's Day, which included a better quality choice of food and better wine. Waitrose did the same. I'm sure that there are lots of M&S customers who would be quite happy to pay the extra if the standard was sufficiently better.
