I mistakenly thought lucozade was an isotonic drink once... didn't realise it was basically just another soft drink. Guess they marketed it really well though!

It doesn't help that most supermarkets stock it in the same area as other sports drinks. I am a runners though and Lucozade is my preferred drink for before and after a race.
