Agree they have shot themselves in the foot getting rid of half price weekends. The hunters chicken in this offer is £2.24 when last year i think it was put on half price weekend at least 3 or 4 times for £1.49, the whole thing is a rip off.

Another vote here for return of the half price weekend offers. Attracted to those offers, we used to shop at Lidl virtually every weekend. Now we don't.

went into Lidl today to but some tins for the cupboard including tinned spuds which are a great standby for mashed potato .Couldnt find them anywhere so asked ,and was told by the guy that they've stopped doing loads of things !!!! first the half price weekend now loads of lines gone ,whats going on ??? surely they should be expanding their lines ,not reducing them !!??
