Iceland are currently offering 2 large Easter eggs for £5, not as good as Tesco were a few weeks back but the best price at the moment. Asda, Morrisons and Tesco currently 3 for £10. Also works out far better value per gram than Tesco current offer on the XL eggs

Like most Easter eggs these days a triumph of packaging over product. So many items have had their size/volume reduced but the price remains the same.

I think this is a result of the apparent increasing pressure on the cocoa supply - if anything it's a good thing they're not charging us more for the same product.

These are not bad value at £2.50 each, they work out around abut 1p per gram, so they are on par with standard large chocolate bar prices such as Dairy milk which is around a £1.00 per 100 grams.

I was going to get one of the Yorkie digger ones for my other half from Waitrose - £4.50 with the 10% my Waitrose discount, but now I can get two for just an extra 50p - he will be well happy! :smiley:
