looks a good deal but beware. I bought a dressing gown off them and they wouldn't refund on it as I had tried it on. It was too short and their sizes don't specify length. I had it on for perhaps 5 seconds. as for do not wash, of course not, it's a wool coat.

Where did I say that you lie? show me. You may have purchased a product which doesn't fall under the usual T&Cs? I know that if you buy a coat , a shirt, a jeans and want to return you can return without any issues.

you may 'know' that but it isn't true or certainly wasn't in my case. I unwrapped it, tried it on and it was too short. I wrapped it and returned it for a refund. They returned it to me saying I had not matched their terms and conditions. They would not refund or tell me what terms or conditions I hadn't matched. They quoted me the url of their standard terms and conditions.

I wrote to them querying it and they said they didn't know as it was their inspector in their returns warehouse. If I posted it to them (at my expense the second time) it would go to the same warehouse so sorry, no refund.

so my dispute with your statement is that you say ' you will get a refund'. I didn't and I did everything you said. do you understand now ?

I was explaining in general terms, not in your specific case. Sorry if that how it was interpreted and sorry they didn't give you refund.
