Oh I do like a bit of Campo Veijo last night me and the Duckstress were doing some blind testing of a few wines straight from the bottle or poured in a blender after watching Chef vs Science and she liked it more after blending, I liked it more straight up, maybe because I'm more of an earthy, meaty, umami, salty flavour fiend and don't like sweet things. For a test we put in a glass of sparkling Chiraz and it was rubbish after all the gas had been taken out, which I guessed at because the acidity was gone.
