It's actually good for a reskiin. You can tell the game was meant to be dlc for far cry 4 though, before they decided to fleece people.
But as with all ubisoft games, the AI is absolutely tragic and comes close to ruining the game, just like FC4, Division, Assassins Creed, etc. They need to learn how to code AI for open world games. Rockstar managed it on GTA V, even on the old consoles.
