I tried last week at Asda Park Royal and the checkout manager refused to accept my printed out £1 off Super Savvy voucher :disappointed:

Did they say why, as the voucher is only valid for an Asda. Iv never had any issues, staff members have had to input them in as they changed the system so the till takes it off but then re-adds it.

Something about a new process for accepting vouchers and because the till didn't accept the voucher they could not process it. I think the checkout team lead/manager could have overriden the system to put through the £1 voucher but she refused to provide further assistance. :disappointed:

You can write to supersavvyme mention which store, they will talk to the store about it
Very obviously the team manager wasn't helpful. As the lady in my store helped me to manually enter all the coupons and they totally understood that was their system creating all the inconvenience

I contacted supersavvy me and they said they are aware of the problem, as recently asda updated their till system and the because of this the coupons will fail. They are working on re-training the stores on this procedure. Asda policy regarding coupons is not changed but it's up to the local store manager to accept the coupons or not.
Asda Glasgow Parkhead doesn't take them.

They must enter them as manufacturer coupons. Not scan them as they accept and fail all because of their till upgrade. Baffling how some stores dot accept them. My store accepted every time but after a thorough review of the voucher and sometimes a check with a supervisor.

I've had similar problems in certain stores in past as some don't accept ones you can print at home in case photocopied I was told. Also there has been problems with vouchers voiding for me lately and having to be manually entered, annoying because a few times they have put in wrong amount off when manually inputting :/

Its so frustrating about the till system, odd that all checkout staff don't seem to know about the problems and still scan them. Iv had the cashiers call supervisor over but as soon as she sees me she says they are fine (don't know if that's good or bad that the supervisor knows me as the coupon lady lol)

It depends on the store. High Wycombe accept them and they only check the date.
