Decent price. Worth buying rather than using minor ailments at local pharmacy. They give non-branded and without the much easier to use syringe.

only difference between this and the non branded is the price they charge oh and the syringe which though supposed to give the better dose with older kids its easier to use a spoon.

I beg to differ, syringe is far easier unless by older you mean over 4. I haven't had that experience yet

yes over 4, with a dose bigger than a single syringe and you have to either get the child to keep their mouth open or use another syringe but they only come with one and in some of the medicines you have to have 3 syringes. With a spoon you don't have any issues, except why they went down the syringe route because parents cant administer medicine correctly or so the government thinks. In the same way as they think we shouldn't give cough or cold medicine to under 5 any more because some parents couldn't dose their children correctly.

Be careful with this, some children can be allergic to this medicine. Gave this to our 2 year old and she developed a very very irritating rash all over her body. She was miserable and even the doctors couldn't find what was wrong. As soon as we stopped this, she was back to normal within a day. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone.

Syringe is far easier to give a wriggling baby with tooth ache.
