Seems to be a good deal. It's previously been posted at £18, although that was an Morrisons in store only deal.
Likely a price match to Tesco Direct, although if you have prime it works out cheaper after the £3 delivery charge.

I have ( had ) one of these' aren't the lids suppose to close? I tried closing ours on a sandwich which to be fair was a triple decker because I was Hank marvin and the hinges broke :disappointed:
Tried super glue and that didn't fix it so it went to the tip!
Tip - don't try what I did.

We've had one of these for a few years, it's fine, easy to clean, good value on prime

Had one for years and its brilliant. wife dropped it on the floor and broke the front handle in two but its worked fine for last 3 years. Flat surface is great and makes it easier to clean and you dont get those stupid sealed sarnies like some sandwich makers do

I think some people actually prefer those. I for one do, and it was the main reason why I put off buying one of these.
Anyway, I eventually bought the bigger version of this a couple of months ago, and it does make very nice toasted sandwiches. No need to butter the outside of the bread either. Can also put a lot more fillings in than the other type of sandwich toasters, as the lid on this one doesn't need to be clamped shut.

I don't like the sealed ones, where the filling is as hot as the surface of the sun!

Same price at Tesco. Probably why Amazon have dropped the price.

very true I gave up on the healthy grilled chicken and opted to use it instead for ham and cheese toasties
