RAK - BHX 20:00 19 April 2016 Thomson Airways
Also available April 8-19 (11n) & Apr 8-22nd (14n)
These flights can be picked up from London airports for around the same price but from Birmingham this price is very low (usually £90+). So potentially saving travel/airport costs for those local to BHX,
Hotels/Riads are very cheap and can be found easily.
Bargain! But bit of a sting to cough up £44 for a bag. 5kg hand luggage isn't going to get you very far!
I went last Easter, spending a few days in Marrakech then out to the coast north of Agadir. I'd recommend doing a quad bike and camel excursion with these guys, the scenery is incredible: http://www.dunesdeserts.com/en/
Also, getting the bus to the coast is cheap and easy. Approx 100MAD (~£7~), takes about 3-4 hours, and you can get away from the madness for a bit! Bus co: http://www.ctm.ma/

I previously posted a deal and recommended Dar Nour El Houda, an excellent riad in the middle of the old medina with the best host ever:
Marrakech must be one of the most overrated places I've visited and I've travelled to a lot of places.

I was there two weeks ago. If you only have hand luggage don't bother with the airport express bus to the centre. Get the number 11 for 28p (4 dirhams) each way a few minutes walk from the airport entrance.
I stayed in Riad Sahara Nour in Marrakech. Quite hard to find due to Google maps being inaccurate and leading to a street that was blocked at one end.
Ask shop keepers in the medina if you get lost as they won't hassle you for money for directions.
Essouira is nice on the Atlantic coast. Game of Thrones fans will know it from season 3. I got a CTM bus for 60 dirhams rtn from Marrakech to there. You can book online if you have good French or Arabic. And use your printout to collect your tickets at the bus station.
Loved it there.

Went to Marrakech for a week in February and loved it. Would definitely recommend it. Stayed at Riad Zayane which was incredibly lovely and excellent value. The staff were absolutely wonderful.
