These are awful, a fresh chicken breast is far better for you and worth paying the extra for.

I disagree - chicken breasts is all pumped with phermemones and saliva to bulk it up and doesn't even come in a box but in a plastic bag and the plastic can leaks onto the chicken and causes canker.

Char-grills? That'll be burnt then in normal speak.

I don't like these because they're quite greasy when you cook them. A better option is the Bird's Eye southern fried chicken in breadcrumbs, which is nicely spicy (enough to avoid putting sriracha sauce on them, which I do for their crispy chicken to spice up an otherwise bland product).

Birds eye southern fried used to be good but now they're mushy and reformed. far better are "Diggers" southern fried ones, proper chicken breast and delicious coating. £1.49 for four in Heron or £1.99 in Home Bargains.

I buy my chicken from a butcher, not a supermarket. Supermarket meat is pumped full of everything. As for boxes v's plastic, i eat neither. The chicken, if any in these products is awful.

Unless your butcher slaughters on-site, you still have no gurantees as to the orirgin of your chicken..
