You'll only be seen as a chav if you behave like one,
no one is going to judge you by a label that you're wearing,
if this is the case every news reporter that wear northface are chavs, going by what you just posted.

It's really good gear I know, but do a google search for North Face Chav, that's why it might not get hot. Good luck tho' Pal.

They're going for quantity and compromising on quality.

Gone completely downhill for the reason(s) stated above. Quality of items has massively deteriorated.

TNF has always been a mass-market brand, and not a proper outdoor brand.
Some of their styling is quite good. But I find Berghaus much better for "casual outdoors" style. I seriously don't get all the chavy comments that pop up each time there is a TNF deal. Who cares what chavs and upcoming drug dealers wear.

Seriously its not the name that counts. just after Christmas my good jacket got ripped so I needed a new one and though I would have a look in Sports Direct as I wouldn't normally shop there. I knew how cold it was outside so I tried on a padded jacket made by Everlast that was very comfortable and was only £10. That's why I say don't always go by the name cos when I put the jacket on and went outside I froze my B****cks off it was S***. Didn't really apply on this occasion, oh well.
