problem I have found with cheap mitre saws is the accuracy, well off in many cases

Ha, I was looking in B&Q for a mitre saw on Monday - didn't see one anywhere near this price, so will go for this, thanks!
Do you know if it's easy to buy and interchange blades? 24 teeth isn't brilliant.
No, l am afraid they won't do the trick. The bore of the blade is stated as 25.4 mm. As far as I am aware only Evoloution and Erbauer ( Screwfix) do blades with this bore. The Evoloution ones are more expensive than the saw at £35 and Erbauer are £15.

it is possible to buy 'adaptors' which would allow you use a 30mm bore with this for example. called bore vushes for a slittle as 2 quid. The bore is the hole in the middle of the disc btw.
that said i have no practical experience of using these im simply doing a bit of research to see if this would be any use to me.... always fancied one and tired of sawing by hand.

Yes you can get adaptors for a couple of quid but I have never liked using these, just a personal opinion. You would be much better off and safer using the correct bore Erbauer blade from Screwfix. These are multi purpose and cut wood, plastics and metal with a nice finish. I changed my old Evoloution blade for one of these and they are just as good after 3 months.

Found a Titan for £15 - I think a lot have reduction rings for different bore sizes like this one - Titan

Great price for what it is but in no time you'll wish you had one of the sliding ones so you can make much longer cuts.
