Picked these up in the Solihull Morrisons yesterday - these are really nice so definitely worth a quid (around £3 in all other supermarkets)

The catch is it isn't a fillet. "Extra Large Formed Alaska Pollock Fillets" according to the website. "Formed" and "fillets" are two different things altogether.

A fillet is a true piece of meat/fish say like a whole chicken breast. "Formed" meat/fish is when all the scraps are clumped together to be reshaped like a real piece of meat/fish. Another way of reusing the waste rather than binning it. I will never ever any food that has the words FORMED/REFORMED in it as you are basically paying for rubbish and dont they taste like it, even my 9 yr old wont eat niggets etc as they taste so crap due to being reformed.
