Peanuts are not nuts. Nor are almonds, pecans, pistachios, walnuts, and Brazil nuts.
I love peanut butter and it is very good for you. Am I the only guy here that can consume a hole jar in maybe 2 or 3 monster peanut butter sandwiches?
Palm oil is healthy i.e. good fats and vitamins and minerals. Avoidance of palm oil should be purely for ecological reasons.

seeing as peanuts are not actually nuts, you'll be fine

Whole Earth used to be excellent. Formulation & ingredients changed. Whatever the price avoid as it will end up in the bin as it's disgusting.

How can formulation and ingredients change on 100% peanut butter?

I thought this too with the last jar I tried. Have they increased the salt content or something because it's rank now. Meridian peanut butter is so much nicer.
Edit: Ah, I didn't realise they did 100% peanut butter now. The last jar I tried was the original stuff. That's the disgusting one. I'll give this one a try then.
