Within reason. It's a satisfaction gaurantee. It's only fair to return them if they are faulty or don't last as long as they should have. They don't last forever so I wouldnt say you could return them anytime.

bought a set of various sizes previously when on offer, still using them weekly after 2, 3 years.
I'm also really impressed with their customer service / guarantee policy, I accidentally threw away the rotating thing of their bread maker due to a failed loaf, I enquired if I could buy a replacement part from them and they offered to send me one free of charge!
