I use these to help with painting on small piece of model parts when I build toy models and find them to be very helpful.
I think they will be useful for watch repairs (or any small repairs), jigsaw puzzle, needle works, electronic works etc too.
If you are looking for something like these then I think this is very good deal.

You have to be up real close to focus, about a inch to 2 inch away, can be a fiddle to get your iron in too, and if your like me and have a big nose watch to don't burn it. these are about 4 quid on gearbest iirc

Only good for one eye. Getting focus in both is too hard. Great if you put the lights on and look like the terminator and then scaring the [email protected] out of the amazon delivery guy.
