Two questions in case anyone knows
1. Are there custom ROMs available?
2. Is it shipped from China or EU warehouse?

1) Can't see any discussion of ROMs but I'll update if I see anything on XDA, etc.
2) The Dual Boot version is pretty new (at least, judging by TechTablets' comments from mid-January awaiting the Dual Boot's release), so the EU Warehouse option won't appear for a while.

What's the difference between this and the Teclast X98 Air?
Thanks, I looked at the Air III dual while in Hong Kong and almost bought one then. But I haven't tracked it since.
This one is smaller but much cheaper. I'm worried about the battery. Can't decide whether to buy it. I've heard of Gearbest from this site and seen them mentioned before but know nothingof them. Where do they ship from?
I need to research this one more. If it has cellular, I will bite.

Says the battery is 3800mAh, very much doubt this has 2G/3G, never heard it mentioned with the X80 Plus.
Re battery life, from http://www.xiaomitoday.com/teclast-x80-plus-review-a-good-looking-tablet-for-a-decent-price/"This tablet uses a Lithium-Ion battery with 3800 mAh capacity. The manufacturer claims 3 hours of graphically intensive games before you have to put it on the charger. In our testing scenarios, these numbers are accurate. Overall usage and standby time are also increased because of the DPTE intelligent battery management and Windows low-power technology."
...though, again, this X80 Plus is dual-boot, not sure how the battery life will be running Android.

I assume the Android partition can be wiped?
32GB of storage is pretty low...and I personally would rather run Windows than Android.

No experience of dual-boot tablets - I have seen various reports removing Android with other tablets, so hopefully someone will chime in.
