Looks a very good price to me, had it in my basket at £92 earlier this week so grabbed it at this price, plenty of positive reviews.

Flap, I thought she was fitted with revolving doors?

The wife said a large ginger Tom entered her flap the other night.
Be careful.

Good price and a quality cat flap always used Sureflap and this ones the best yet, 1st class customer service as well and at this price it's almost £50 off the RRP - might seem a lot for a cat flap but you won't regret it

I did. Could not get the stupid cat to go through it. Unless I held it open for her. Paid £90 to support my local vet as well :disappointed::innocent:

Ah yes your right the size down is this price usually. Always wished I got the timer version and not the manual lock version. Our cats always try to Abscond late in the evening before I remember to lock them in.

Wish you could get replacement parts for these. The clear door on mine was cracked by an over eager neighbours cat. Had to glue it in the end.

I've heard many reports of the manufacturer being very helpful in this regard - contact them.
fill in with the serial number of your sureflap and they should send you a replacement door free of charge.

BEWARE I DECIDED ON THIS MAKE UNTIL I CONTACTED MANUFACTURER TO FIND THEY DON'T SUPPORT SOME OF THE LATER MICROCHIPS (UNLUCKILY IT DID NOT SUPPORT MY CATS ONE AS I LOOKS LIKE AN EXCELLENT CAT FLAP).
I had to go for I think it was a Pet Mate in the end (still also a good flap).

very good point that. I went on to the sureflap website before ordering and there you can enter your pets microchip number and it will tell you if it is compatible with their products.

this seems a good price for the larger model. I paid around £50 a while back for the standard size cat door

I saw zooplus selling the smaller one for around the £50 mark, but this i'm pretty sure is it's lowest ever selling price for the pet door.

Still happy with our normal size one we've had for several years. One tip, don't change the batteries when the red light comes on, we have the cats that are in and out all day and it'll go for several months after it light comes on. You can easily tell when they're completely flat as the little grey lock tab will stay down and it doesn't click as loudly for the few days before that.

After being woken up once again at 05:30 by the less intelligent of my two moggys, I've decided its time to invest in a cat flap, therefore you've timed this perfectly. Many thanks for sharing

Interesting - I assumed that behaviour only happened when you fitted it with LSD rechargeables, where the light flashes for months but which work perfectly otherwise. They probably err on the safe side to avoid getting complaints.

Contact them, the company is great our door got broken by our cat too, he decided the draft excluder bit needed attacking and then a builder finished it off... Contacted them and a free replacement clear door with instructions.
We purchased another (normal size) after moving very happy.
As other poster has put battery wise buy some decent ones and even with our yo yo cat lasts well over a year before it stops working on one set of batteries

Had our first one for over a year then it stopped working, contacted them online briefly describing the problem, replacement part came quicker than the response to my message.
Our bad we didn't replace the part for months (the grey tab was permanently down so cats could still use it), when we did it still didn't work properly. I rang them and with no hassle whatsoever the next day we received a whole new cat flap.
Fantastic customer service

Great product and even better customer service. The chip on one of my cats had slipped to the top of his leg and wasn't being picked up properly so they sent me a custom model with an extended outside tunnel for free! Can't rate highly enough.
