This was on sale for the same price over a year ago and I bought one for my nephew. After seeing it in action, my daughter (and I) wanted one so badly. However, the price had gone back up to £39.99 (the original "was" price) and I definitely wasn't going to pay that knowing I could have bought it for £14.99.
Anyway, after price watching Argos and Amazon for over a year, and with £24.99 being the lowest it ever reached (it was mostly £29.99), it has now come back down to £14.99. Yipee!
Word of warning though: It requires a whopping 10 x AA batteries. (We plan on using rechargeable batteries or buy a few packs of these:
Important info for parents -
1. No fighting over who gets the remote. You bought this for the kids. Not for you, for the kids.
2. No, you may not use it to chase the cat/dog/baby. Give the remote back to the kids.
You price watched Argos and Amazon for over a year to save £10 for something you and your daughter wanted so badly? Wish I had your patience
I remember when the Tyco Rebound came out. That was a must have cool toy. Think it was something daft like £80 though

I had this growing up.. Literally the best AC car ever! I just bought this Gyro Zee for my nephew but there is no chance of it standing up to the rebound!

This is a brilliant toy that any "thrill seeker" would love to own.

Read your comment first, was slightly confused, then watched the video on the Argos site.

Note that it requires 6 AA batteries for the car and 4 AA batteries for the remote. So you'll be replacing the 6 in the car much more frequently than the 4 in the remote.
Had me worried for a second there as my AA battery charger can only charge 8 at a time :P
