Rubberwood butcher's block. Pretty chunky, seemed cheap to me.

Not true. As someone who works for them, I see different offers on dependant on what the store want to get rid of! My local store has fleece blankets down to £7.20 whereas the store I work in is £9. Offers we are doing on Chinese style dipping bowls in our store are not in the larger store.

If you buy one of these... Make sure you buy some Mineral oil to seal it, or it will just crack and fall apart. the wood will absorb water and expand. Then it will crack, my 1st one did, the label said do not immerse in water but I wiped mine clean and after a while that had the same effect. These are not sealed wooden boards.. :-)

Ooooo the wife is after something like this for all the stuff she gets from the butchers to feed the dog. Will look tomorrow
It's still 16 quid in Leamington Spa - call before you waste your time. Luckily I was going anyway.

Sorry to hear that, maybe keep an eye on it. It might be they haven't changed the ticket yet, or it might be a totally different barcode.

Sainsbury's pricing system is centralised. 'Reduced to clear' lines like this should scan at the lower price regardless of whether or not staff have changed the ticket.

Not like it gives any more information, not even the dimensions!
