The game collection are one of the best retailers I've used in years. Bought a problematic console from them and I heard back from their customer service within 15 mins of sending my email. Got a replacement within days. Their customer service is easily on par with Amazon's. Really can't speak highly enough of them.
Apart from the 'new and improved' Nathan Drake Collection one, that is.

I don't really understand why Beyond Two Souls gets so much criticism. I'm not very good at Fifa or COD (those damn 9 year olds!) but finally finished the game a couple of nights ago and although the game is more quick time than anything else, the story is great and it felt like I was playing a compelling 12 hour film, or maybe longer. Combined with Heavy Rain, this is such a bargain.
