Lovely rich flavour, slice it as thin as humanly possible and enjoy on crusty bread with a big red wine.

Or people have it with melon.

If this genuine prosciutto di Parma, it's a massive bargain. In Parma itself PdP sells at about 15-18 euro a kilo.

It lasts for ages anyway. Takes me about a month to get through a kilo!
