Okay, it's a Christmas Playmobil set, so its not exactly seasonal, but it is a bargain to put away for the end of the year. It's been slowly going down in price since Christmas, but I bit at this price.

Comes with a Christmas tree in the garden, along with a snowman and Father Christmas with his elf
Use the ladder to get up to the loft, a better place to store toys or take a ride on the rocking horse
The Christmas letter of the kids fly's into the letter box
Set also includes an elf figure, trumpet, soccer ball, guitar and other assorted toys, cat, mouse, candlestick, tree stump with axe, table and bench, mugs, mailbox and other accessories

Bought this last December for a Christmas present. It's a good size and has quite a few acessories with it. Well worth the money!
