Good. I've had been buying Aunt Bessies frozen roasties but you can do your own. Par boil potatoes, drain in colander and bash about a bit. Transfer to a bowl and add a couple of tbsp of oil and some flour. Freeze flat, then portion into freezer bags. Much tastier than shop bought.
