Word or warning about the UV. If it's anything like my copy. Not only do you have to log into your UV account but you have to sign up with Sony's Entertainment site as well to simply register the UV code. It's ridiculously convoluted.

Used the Rakuten store option and JAN2016 code so £5.80 (I had no points to spend).

Finally arrived, nice case. Took out the UV code and traded the set in a CEX for £6 cash, few pence profit and three additions to my UV account. Starting to look like my Steam library :-s
