yes, but amazon are total sh!$3 bags and yet anoher example of multinational tax dodgers undercutting uk retailers and screwing the competition through unfair practices. it's no wonder the country's city centres are turning into poundland centres when all the other retailers are stuffed by the likes of amazon...

Bore off you absolute melon.
This is a website for the cheapest deals, do you think the "competition" care when they're trying to squeeze massive profits from us? No.
Got this TV from Currys, I think it's very good for the price, as long as you mainly care about picture quality and aren't too bothered about mediocre sound, crap menus and the lack of smart features. Most content in SD and HD looks great. Blacks are good. Motion blur is as you'd expect for this price, obviously not the best TV for sports but I watch football on it and it doesn't bother me. The screen is quite prone to reflections.

I'm not sure what this means but certainly seems like a good thing to do... :stuck_out_tongue:
bit of a dickish statement... of course the competition care... if it was a level playing field we'd be getting all our deals from currys et al instead of the scum-sucking britain-killer that is amazon...

The price at Amazon - from Amazon - is actually £289.00, the £269 price is marketplace through Hughes Direct. You can by-pass Amazon altogether and buy it at Hughes if you don't want to risk Amazon 'killing Britain'
