​Er no. The claims by Kalms are vague at best. And they should provide evidence that the ingredients, like hops, actually work. Make extraordinary claims and provide extraordinary evidence. As far as I can see on there website, they can't.

Luckily for them because they are Herbal they are not regulated or scrutinised like real medicines. These are a complete waste of your money, but because they're on hukd, at least you're not wasting too much money.
