In my experience Waitrose are a good reliable payer at TCB - no arguments or refused cashback.
Waitrose.com accepts John Lewis prepaid cards and vouchers, which potentially gives you a bit more off if you have access to those at a discount.

Martin Lewis was on radio 5 last week talking about TCB, as he receives lots of complaints about cashback deals, his advice is solid
Never, buy a deal where cashback is the reason you are doing it, always and only buy said deals if the offer is good enough and you would do it regardless of the cashback incentive.
He also said to remember, TCB and Quidco, work on a stringent rule, they get paid, you get paid.

I've earned £3000 with them over the last 3ish years and i've never had a claim denied. I've had a handful (4-5) not track or track incorrectly but they have always fixed it. Albeit one took 18 months to get the money.
(EDIT - Ive checked and its actually 14! times ive had to claim via "missing cashback" but again all paid in the end)

Exactly, gluten free bread is £3 a loaf alone. £100 a week is easily done. I do a lot of home cooking, so I go by quality rather than price, and it just so happens a lot of stuff at ocado, ms etc is superior to aldi or lidl imo. Aldi do win in the biscuit department though. If I had to watch the pennies and live hand to mouth each month then it would be different.
