Not the cheapest I've ever seen for Ireland but if you are heading over for St Patrick's day from £9.99 one way you can get to Dublin £19.98 if you want to return ;-) Belfast from £14.99 on way too.
All with Ryanair. They've just emailed me with this 'offer' although I'm not entirely convinced it is any cheaper than it is normally!

I booked at end of January for 9th - 11th March for £19.99
Also managed to get a 3 star hotel just off O'Connell street for £75 for 2 nights.
Bargain!

Not aimed at you OP, but I'm baffled as to why these Ryanair deals go hot. The fares to Ireland are always £9.99, if not less.

I posted as I received an email as this was a current offer but like you too I am not entirely convinced it is any different than normal. The only thing I did notice is that flights over St Patrick's day etc had gone down.

They're not always £9.99, they're released at low prices and it's always good to be reminded when they're out. Also not sure how anyone can not think this hot, I'm travelling from greater London to central London later and the return journey will cost me over £10!
Although no use to me, hot!

Been around a while for large number of dates in 2016 (we going to Dublin in September). Does depend on airport we are flying from Birmingham rather than Bristol which seems to start at £21.99 e/w
