I got 2 of these as gifts at xmas. Both have developed 'moth' holes through one or two wears. One has also started to develop a hole under one arm. Quality is very very poor. there is a reason they are heavily discounted, I suspect it is because of multiple returned defective items. I will be trying to return if I can recover receipt (bit tricky as was gift)... Dont get caught out, these suck...

My daughter works for hof and she said you don't need a receipt if your item is faulty, hope that helps you.

that's technically true, but they claim wear and tear on clothes if you can't show was recent purchase, that's what they said on phone. said they may offer like for like exchange, which obviously I don't want.. cheers for heads up though.
