Couldn't really say mate, though i've noticed that a few games i've purchased from Grainger games have been unsealed, despite being marked as 'new'.

Your actually getting shop display copies like we always used to back before the days of internet shopping. It's an old practice that means the shop doesn't have to carry extra copies simply for display.
Game do this also.
So it's new, unused but unsealed. Not a good item for a present but for yourself... Probably isn't an issue if you are happy with the price.
