Buy 4 lemons for £1 and get a lemon sprayer too. These on their own are £1+ and can be used with any fruit to extract juice into a "spray" form over salads/pancakes/food.

I've been using it and the spray works much better than expected.

This would work well in a first aid room for spraying into open wounds. It has mild antiseptic properties, but would probably result in tissue damage.
