Yes very much so but it doesn't float so an adult needs to support it. Very big so takes up a lot of room if more than one child in the bath. My son mainly played with his one of these in the bath - loads of play potential with lots of different interactive parts. Amazing value for money at this price - sold ours for about this price on eBay second hand!
