Its mixed up you have to look carefully the non drip gloss are selling at normal price its only the quick dry ones that are on offer.

It is. Gloss is just a different shiner finish, satin is semi shiny.
The whole yellowing thing is for oil / solvent based paints. They tend to yellow but adhere much better. Quick drying products like this are typically water based, they will not yellow but do not flow out as well as an oil based paint

Can I paint this over regular gloss and will the yellow shine through? Or can I get away with doing a few coats.

No you have to undercoat first then you can go over gloss!
