This Millennium Falcon set is far better, plus it's a lot more stylish:

Strange sort of comment.
Both are best sellers - see my ranking table.
One is just for girls, the other is just for boys.

But that is twice the price of the £52.50 this is on offer for and has never dropped this low!

Not voting either way on this because supposedly this is the cheapest it's ever been but doesn't anyone else think Lego is a complete rip-off? Over £50 for this and although Amazon describe it as "gigantic" and the box indeed makes it look impressive, it measures 11" (30cm) high, 12" (32cm) wide and 6" (17cm) deep. It's tiny. The RRP has to be some kind of joke, right? Nobody has actually paid £100 for an 11" hotel, surely?

Of course you can buy much larger and cheaper one piece molded pieces of plastic. How much play value is that though? My kid got a massive boxed dinosaur tower thing for christmas from a relative, I think it came from B&M or Home Bargains. It hasn't even come out of the box yet. Whereas his Lego has been built, taken apart, rebuilt, taken apart and rebuilt again. Way more play value.
