Oddly enough, Ive not spotted a single hacker (as opposed to something like 360, where i can find a hacker once every few games)

I know these comments come up all the time but I have a laptop with an A6 4400m APU, would I be able to get playable frame rates at low settings, 720p??

Depends on how many frames you think is playable. I've tried playing this on Intel HD 4600 (which I believe is more powerful than your APU), and that had quite constant dipping below 60 fps. If you're only playing the campaign and Zombies, then you might be alright, but playing multiplayer could be a bit of a challenge

Never known a farce like cdkeys, phone verification text, then email a photograph with todays date and time with a scrap of paper with 'cdkeys' written on it before you get your order approved. Laughable

Played a couple of hours this evening and of several games I was in, I only encountered one person who was obviously taking the biscuit with some form of aim assist going on, but he was booted fairly quick
