It's offensive to Buddhism to use Buddha as a piece of decoration. Not classy. You don't see crucifixion toilet role holders. Nothing Buddhist about this at all.

Totally agree with that mate. This is one of those stupid things you see all over the western world (like Buddha statues inside bars and nightclubs!) to somehow show a "spiritual side". Maybe no harm is intended but people really should question whether something is appropriate or not.

I'm a Buddhist and I'm 'cool' with this. There's a difference between Buddhist to other religion, to tolerate is part of ones practice in life. Just because it is taken to offence, doesn't mean it should wrong you.
By the way, these statues aren't blessed, thus are no more Buddha than a piece of rock that resembles one.
Good find for those who like stuff like that.
