This is a lovely 8 night trip to Lake Garda in camping cabins. These cabins have all cooking facilities and are literally on the beach of Lake Garda. This is a fantastic place for kids as the place has a tunnel leading to waterfront activities such as a sailing club and beach volley/soccer. Not only that there is free bike hire and free WiFi so plenty to keep the kids occupied.Although the cabins don't have their own bathrooms and there is a shower/toilet block, the reviews are so good for these cabins I think they would make excellent facilities for a base in Garda, just metres from a sandy beach on Lake Garda’s shore and at the base of Mount Baldo, ideal for exploring. The deal is based on 8 nights in August for 2 adults and 2 children. Flights are with British Airways and include checked luggage and meals. The dates of this trip are 8th-16th August.
Car hire is included in the price for a decent car for 5 persons so you should fit all luggage in etc. If you want to upgrade the car choice you can do so. I'm trying to get prices from British Airways as sometimes there car hire prices are competitive via Avis if you are in the BA Executive Club (free to join) but their site is down but I'll update deal once I've checked prices.

Yeah it looks a lovely break for those wanting something a bit different. Lake Garda is lovely and there are plenty of attractions away from the beach/Lake too.

Lake Garda and the surrounding area is stunningly beautiful. This sounds like a lovely holiday. Heat for the post. The water in the lake is freezing though, even in summer LOL.

Accommodation is £355 (although that is a different type of accommodation described as a caravan rather than a bungalow so do check room descriptions although it still has kitchenette) and you'll need to adjust the BA flights so it's for 2A and 1C which will reduce overall price a bit. Easily to amend using links.
I realised I should mention it says towels and bedding is extra cost, you can hire towels and sheets at cost or just bring sleeping bags etc...

This is a really good price for the school holidays and Lake Garda is beautiful however anyone considering booking should be aware that the accommodation is at the North of Lake Garda which is a good 90 minute drive from the airport. Given that the flight doesn't arrive until nearly 10pm by the time you get out of the airport and collect the rental car you aren't realistically going to be on the road until midnight. Having driven in Lake Garda it's not a journey that I would want to make at that time of night, in the dark on strange roads with my children in the car.

I guess an alternative would be to book a night or two In Verona, normally the Ibis comes up pretty cheaply with free parking before heading on to Verona? Just a thought...
